Came in Sapporo to relax and have fun, this small hotel was perfect place for doing it. The room was reasonably large and brand-new and the location was marvellous. The staff was best and lively, providing a good service. The property was located in the heart of Sapporo. Went to Bar Maduro for drink or two, set at a short distance from the hotel. The restaurant was great and reasonably priced, with good choices of food for breakfast.

Great location in the heart of the city with easy access to local amenities. Room was compact but clean and had a complete set of amenities, including toothbrush, razor, and hair cap. Checking in and out was easy with the simple and comfortable self-service kiosks.
The attitude of the front desk staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. When we had an issue with our room choice, the front desk person was quite rude and unwilling to assist us.
